The District has received a development permit application to allow for a new Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) building at Mulgrave School. The building is planned to replace the existing 'Early Learning Centre' building on the west side of the all-weather playing field.
On July 20, 2026, Council resolved to advance the proposed Development Permit. Accordingly, Council is scheduled to consider approval of the Development Permit at the September 21, 2026, Council meeting. Neighbourhood notification, in compliance with District requirements, will occur in early September.
