On August 25, Mayor Mark Sager sent a letter to the Inspector of Municipalities detailing the resolution Council passed at its July 20, 2026, regular meeting requesting a provincial review of the North Shore Wastewater Treatment Plant project under Section 765 of the Local Government Act.
